The pleated dust collector filters offer an advanced alternative to conventional filter bags and are suitable for applications with a maximum continuous operating temperature of up to 130°C.
These filters incorporate pleated media, which significantly increases the available filtration surface area compared to standard bags. This design advantage enhances filtration performance while maintaining lower pressure drop across the system.
Constructed from high-quality spun-bonded polyester filter media, these filters operate on the surface filtration principle, enabling efficient capture of dust particles as fine as 0.3 microns.
They are widely used across a broad range of industries, including cement, steel, metallurgical, carbon, graphite, lead processing, powder coating, shot blasting, woodworking, welding fumes, foundry, tea, coffee, abrasives, dairy, talcum powder, pharmaceutical, detergent, food, and confectionery sectors, among others.
The pleated media is available in various pleat depths—16 mm, 23 mm, 28 mm, and 48 mm—to accommodate different dust loads and application requirements.
